CANCELLATIONS POLICY
OPERATED ROAD SWEEPER HIRE
This section describes how we handle cancellations for Road Sweeper Hire.
No charge for any order cancelled with at least 24 hrs notice before the Road Sweeper Hire is required to arrive on site.
If the order is cancelled with less than the required 24 hrs notice from the on site time, this will be charged in full at the agreed price for the road sweeper hire.
A fair usage policy is in place to allow all companies one single breech of this policy after which the policy will be affected without further notice.
Further fair usage will be applied to companies that have experienced circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
